Biblical Studies is a program that will equip Saints in Christian service with the Word of God through course offerings such as:
- The Pentateuch
- Major and Minor Prophets
- The Gospels
- Great Doctrines of Christian Faith
- Church History
This course of study is open to anyone who would like to pursue a deeper study and insight to understanding the Bible. The courses are exciting, informative and are taught by Spirit-filled instructors. CBI is able to assist you in achieving your goals of spiritual/ministry development, professional development and personal enrichment.

Biblical Studies offers an Associate Degree program that requires 60 credits. A Bachelor’s Degree program requires the completion of 120 credits. A Master’s Degree requires a minimum of 24 credits and a thesis, in addition to earned Bachelor’s Degree. A Doctoral Degree program requires 30 credits and a dissertation in addition to an earned Master’s Degree.
Biblical Counseling offers a Master’s Degree with a minimum of 40 credits and a thesis, in addition to an earned Bachelor’s Degree. A Doctoral Degree program requires 72 credits and a dissertation, in addition to an earned Master’s Degree. Successful candidates are licensed and certified through the National Christian Counselors Association (N.C.C.A.).

Beginning in September, classes will be held the third weekend of every month, on Thursday and Friday evenings, 6:00 p.m. until 9:30 p.m., and on Saturday, 8:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church, Route 8, Lower Auditorium.
ACCREDITATION STATEMENT
Friends International Christian University (FICU) has elected Accrediting Commission International for Schools, Colleges, and Theological Seminaries (ACI) for its accrediting agency. ACI is an International Accrediting Commission that represents over 100 institutions, on 5 continents, in 11 countries, and 27 states in the USA.
FICU has elected ACI as its accrediting agency because of their desire to remain free from the control of any Federal, State, or private agency controlled by the same. This allows for complete Religious Freedom in their curriculum and student body.
